220 patients without organic erectile dysfunction and with penile deviation were treated surgically between June 1996 and June 2017 and we aimed to present our experiences by evaluating these patients retrospectively. 37% of patients had palpable Peyronie plaque while the remaining 63% had congenital penile deviation. Penile deviation degree of all patients was ≥30. Penile plication, Nesbit plication and Yachia plication were applied to patients as surgical technique. 122 patients were applied Penile plication, 85 patients were applied Nesbit plication and 21 patients were applied Yachia plication. While in 207 patients (94,5 %) complete recovery was achieved in the penile deviation after operation, residual deviation was detected in 12 patients (5,5 %). Wound site infection developed in 3 patients. Hypoesthesia developed in 6 patients after the operation. In 72 patients palpable node and in 21 patients suture granulomas were detected at the operation point. Minimally invasive methods in patients with penile deviation without erectile dysfunction can result in clinically positive.
